The Advisory facilitates a feedback loop between all the Early Learning programs that are part of Bloomington Early Learning Services (ECFE, Preschool, Early Childhood Screening, and Early Childhood Special Education) and the local community.

We welcome your comments, suggestions, and concerns about these programs.
